Latest Update
We have made significant progress and are now one step closer to welcoming our residents in Spring 2024. The cranes at both Nash St. and Fort Myer Dr. have been dismantled. The installation of the curtain wall on the hotel tower is ongoing. Work on the residential units is also progressing, including interior framing, drywall installation, trim work, cabinet installation, appliance installation, and more.
