- General Manager: Oversee all operations, staff management, and budget to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction
- Assistant General Manager: Support daily operations and staff training while maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns
- Front-of-House (FOH) Restaurant Manager: Manage guest experiences and oversee food quality, as well as restaurant flow
Hilton Arlington Rosslyn The Key Positions
- Banquet Manager: Lead the banquet team, manage event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Sales Manager: Develop client relationships and drive sales for meetings and events, and collaborate with the events team to ensure successful execution. Conduct site tours and create contracts
- Assistant Front Office Manager - Oversee daily front desk operations, manage team members, lead shift meetings, and address guest concerns
- Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper - Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements, perform data entry for financial transactions, and perform other administrative and accounting tasks
- Sous Chef: Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations and collaborate on menu planning for banquets and special events
